All orders are processed within 4-5 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During high-demand periods (festivals, sales, Janmashtami, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any additional charges such as COD fees will be clearly mentioned before payment.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

Please note: Delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or festivals are beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment status.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
Orders returned due to incorrect address, incomplete details, or unavailability of the recipient may incur re-shipping charges.
